Relationships are central to our happiness. Whether it's with our partner, friends, family, work or school colleagues, if things start to go wrong it can upset us for days or even weeks. No-one has a perfect relationship all of the time and when things get difficult you will find that talking to others often helps. The trouble is talking to the wrong people can often make things worse and some things are difficult to talk about to people we know. You may feel more comfortable going to a counsellor or professional who has been trained and has experience and who you know will keep things confidential.
