Dance           Powys Dance Powys Dance is a small professional dance company, based at Powys Dance Centre in Llandrindod Wells, and part of Powys County Council's Children Families & Lifelong Learning Department. The company aims to encourage participation in, and performance of dance throughout Powys, by working in education and community settings as well as occassional public performances. History - Powys Dance began with the Theatr Powys Dance Team, as part of Theatr Powys in 1977. This team developed until it was established as a separate entitity in 1981 as Footloose Dance Company.
